GETTING A LIBRARY CARD

Adults (over 18) must show two forms of identification, one with a photo and at least one with current address, to obtain a Library card. Children must have a parent’s signature. A person signing for a Library card is responsible for all material checked out on that card. LIBRARY CARDS MUST BE USED FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS. There is a $5.00 non-refundable replacement fee.

 

The card-holder, or his/her legal guardian, is responsible for:

All materials checked out on card

Payment of any fees for overdue materials

Giving prompt notice of telephone or address changes

Reporting a lost card immediately
