Help with Our Next Strategic Plan

Ayer Library has begun work on our next strategic plan. Your feedback and input is critical to helping us deliver the best possible library services to residents of Ayer and surrounding communities.

Here are four ways you can help with our research:

• Complete our Strategic Planning Survey by March 31.

• Register for our Community Forum for Strategic Planning on Thursday, March 26 at 6:30 in the Great Hall at Town Hall. Registration is not required but is recommended!

• We will be conducting a limited number of small focus groups around specific themes. If you are interested in learning more about participating in a focus group, contact Assistant Director Sarah Gomes (sgomes@cwmars.org).

• Stop by the Community Whiteboard on our stairs landing to respond to rotating prompts through the end of March.

Our current Strategic Plan expires in June 2027. Our next Strategic Plan will run from July 2027 to June 2032. Research will be conducted through May 2026. The final Plan will be refined through the summer. The final plan must be submitted to the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners by October 2026.
