Celebrate Ayer’s Founding with “Love Is In (the) Ayer” Festivities
Founded on Valentine’s Day 155 years ago, Ayer is the perfect place to celebrate love in all its forms. Love is in (the) Ayer brings residents and visitors together this February for community events, local business specials through a Restaurant & Self-Care Week, and meaningful moments that highlight the town’s welcoming spirit and small-town charm. Meet members of the community! Have a delicious meal! Treat yourself—or your pets—to some self-care!

CARD-MAKING • February 3-14 @ Ayer Library
At the Valentine’s Day card-making table in the library, create cards for loved ones, sign a community Valentine’s Day banner sharing why you love living in or visiting Ayer, and decorate placemats that will be used by patrons of the Ayer Senior Center.
VALENTINE TAKE-HOME CRAFT • February 3-28 @ Ayer Library
Make a bookmark centered on the many shades of love or create a cork heart decorative piece.
FRAMED CLAY ROSES ART CLASS • February 4 at 1 PM @ Ayer Senior Center

TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE LIBRARY DAY • February 7 from 9 AM-2 PM @ Ayer Library
Join us for a fun Storytime at 10:30 AM followed by crafts & games in the Children's Room.
SPA DAY • February 9 beginning at 1:30 PM @ Ayer Senior Center
Treat yourself or a loved one to a massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure. $5 per service for older adults. $10 per service for those less than 60 years. Scholarships available. Appointments begin at 1:30pm. Call (978) 772-8260 to sign up.
